Ingredients:
6 chicken legs.
6 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons of honey.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 tbsp. of sesame seeds.
1 glass of white wine.
juice of half a lemon.
a pinch of dried thyme and rosemary, if desired prunes.
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Fry over high heat the chiken legs on both sides (for 5-6 minutes approximately) on a small amount of olive oil. Then add wine, soy sauce and honey, crushed garlic, thyme and rosemary, the juice of half a lemon, cook on each side for 15 minutes on low heat under the lid. The liquid should cover the chicken a little more than half of its height in the frying pan.
Next, separate the meat from the bones and throw them away, add the sesame seeds into pieces of meat, salt to taste and let go out an excessive liquid on a high heat for about 10 minutes, until it's almost gone. Stir with wooden spatula. Done!
Buon appetito!
